And why there is a whole lot more to consider than calories in and calories out.
How do we support ourselves in achieving optimal health? What are the obstacles and solutions to building a foundation of self care that allows healthy life choices? What is sabotaging us?
The safe container we will create in person includes agreeing to confidentiality and the ability to listen with care to others.
